We hope you love your Watson & Bailey purchase. If you change your mind, you can return eligible items within 14 days of recieving your order. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions. Unless and item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Handmade & Natural Products
Many of our products are handmade using natural materials. Variations in slate edges, shape, texture, colour and image placement are part of their individual character and are not considered faults.
Damaged, Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the item and packaging. We'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Personalised Items
Items made or personalised specifically for you cannot normally be returned without valid reason. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
